How It Works

Free 30 Minute Consultation

We start with a no cost 30 minute consultation so you can share your goals and we can decide the best path forward.

Personalized Sessions

Most sessions are 50 minutes long and include follow up support to help you stay on track. Mock interviews are 60 minutes and include an additional feedback session.

Prep Before Sessions Makes Time Count

For document based services you will send your materials before our meeting. For assessments you will complete them before our session so we can focus fully on discussing results and planning next steps.

Resume and Cover Letter Reviews

You will send your documents in advance. During our 50 minute session I will give detailed feedback to help your materials shine. We will follow up with any edits or next steps we agree on.

LinkedIn and Networking Guidance

I will review or update your LinkedIn profile, build connections, and create a networking plan during our 50 minute session, with follow up support.

Mock Interviews

This session lasts a full hour. We will run through real interview questions and you will receive feedback. We will meet for a second session to build your confidence and strategy.

Career Assessments and Exploration

You will complete assessments on your own time. During our 50 minute session we will go over the results together and explore practical next steps.

College & Graduate Advising

We will use our 50 minute session to refine your application strategy, review essays or materials, and clarify your goals.

Job Search & Career Change Support

In our 50 minute session we will build a personalized plan for job search or career transitions, including action steps for resumes, interviews, networking, or further exploration.
